Three-Year Strategic Plan 2024-2026
To mark our third anniversary, the advisory board and staff of the Susan Christopherson Center for Community Planning have developed an ambitious Three-Year Strategic Plan to guide our growth and decision-making through 2026.
The Plan includes the launch of a new program, Rural Regional Resiliency, in 2024, and expansion of our existing programs, CR0WD (Circularity, Reuse and Zero Waste Development) and On the Frontline of Change. We are working toward the goal to double our revenue by 2026 in order to continue to support an increasing number of communities across New York State to realize vibrant, climate-resilient futures.
